Jamie Van Eyck  

Jamie Van Eyck, Mezzo-soprano, has recently performed with Santa Fe Opera, Utah Opera, and the Tanglewood Music Center.  At Tanglewood, she sang the role of Mama in the North American staged premiere of Elliott Carter's opera, What Next, under the baton of James Levine.In addition, she has enjoyed success on the concert stage, including recent performances with orchestras in Boston, Cleveland, and Salt Lake City.  This season, she sang the world premiere performance of George Crumb's song cycle, Voices from a Forgotten World, with Orchestra 2001 of Philadelphia.This summer she sings in Ariadne auf Naxos with Wolf Trap Opera Company
